Looking To Next Year

This past weekend was simply a great experience all the way around. The weather was near perfect to be out and enjoying the company of others. My plan to take off the day before and the day after meant that I could approach the time I had un-rushed and relaxed. But I think the best part was spending time with my friends and family... and thats priceless. I have been realizing lately that I'm happy here, my life has found a stability and pace that makes me feel grounded as a person. I especially enjoyed sharing pride with some friends who while not new to the life were certainly enjoying their first pride celebration. It reminded me how far I have come in the last 20 years.... and I marvel at what is ahead for them. Sometimes its hard to be in the life but its these moments that make it all worth while.

aww....i share in your sentiments, and isnt it the best feeling to experience being at peace and comfortable with oneself... Pretty much like my first pride, it wasnt an experience to forget in a hurry, which makes me dont want to go for another one so I can relieve the memory for awhile!

No not really, you pissed me off...hahah
