Thursday I had the honor of attending and photographing two performances of Ballet Creole. As you have seen on previous posts I have been doing so for almost four years but this year I have reached a new level of quality in my images thanks to a hefty investment in the right lens for the job! The show celebrates the last 20 years and is called Sankofa and is named for a mythical West African bird that flies forward while looking back. Enjoy!
